Well we went away for the weekend and there was so much food. the only thing that might redeem my weigh in tomorrow is ALL the exercise that I did this weekend. Cricket, Squash and tennis - phew. So much fun I have forgotten how much I love squash. Really wish we had a court somewhere here in Tyre.
Ok so I am not going to write down all my food. I will leave it at the fact that I ate more junk than I would have liked but tomorrow is Monday, the perfect day to start afresh.
