Day 69 Cruise

Breakfast - Oat bran porridge
Snack - Oopsie rolls
Lunch - Crab salad from Dunkin Donuts
Supper - cauliflower, few carrots and few bits of chicken

We went out this afternoon and it was so fun. A new mall has opened up about 45 min away so we decided to check it out!
They have some pretty cool shops and we did some window shopping!
So does walking around the shops count as exercise???

  2. Yup! All adds to your 10000 steps. And by the way, walking up 4 flights of stairs with groceries definitely counts to your cardio fitness...its how they test fitness levels here...well, not actually climbing stairs but using a stair climber and minus the weights...

  3. Yep, it definitely counts, and so does buying lots of stuff, it gives you something to carry and helps make it even more cadio....I knew there was a reason I liked this diet so much, compulsory shopping!!
