Profound question?

Why was it easier before on Dukan? I mean I know what foods make me feel healthy and what foods don't? You would think that I would find is easier to stick to it.
Maybe if I keep telling myself that I am allergic to carbs that would help. No one would willingly eat something they are allergic to.
Possibly my reason for eating Dukan style is not as strong now that I have lost most of the weight. I generally choose Dukan over everything else but I have a little of this and that and soon it is not strictly Dukan at all.

What makes me pleased is that with relatively little work I am able to maintain my loss so life will be easy when I actually get there. What is hard is getting there!!!!!

Weekends - love them and hate em.........

Well we went away for the weekend and there was so much food. the only thing that might redeem my weigh in tomorrow is ALL the exercise that I did this weekend. Cricket, Squash and tennis - phew. So much fun I have forgotten how much I love squash. Really wish we had a court somewhere here in Tyre.

Ok so I am not going to write down all my food. I will leave it at the fact that I ate more junk than I would have liked but tomorrow is Monday, the perfect day to start afresh.

Day 3 of re Dukaning PP

I weighed myself this morning - 64 kg. So in the 4 months that I have not been Dukaning strictly I have put on 2 kg. It was better than I thought and I am still motivated!
Yesterday I had a good day but succumbed to a sandwich in the evening on our way back from Beirut.

So this is how my eating looked yesterday:
Breakfast - Oatbran porridge
Snack - celery and low fat cottage cheese and 2 Low fat Turkey franks
Lunch - 2 Low fat turkey Franks
Supper - falafel sandwich - so YUMMYYYYYYYYYYYY

Today:
Breakfast - 2 fried eggs
Lunch/snack - Turkey Franks and Oat bran porridge(interesting combination)
Supper - plate of grilled chicken and beef kebabs.

Hopefully I see something good on those scales tomorrow - like a small whoosh or something would be nice.

Hello "My name is Jeanette and I am struggling to stay on Dukan..."....

Thinking of starting a DA meeting - Dukaneers Annonymous.............

It has been over 2 months since I last posted and I have been very good at not Dukaning!!!
I leave for SA in 1 month and I am determined to be well and truly back into Dukan by then.
I know I keep saying that but I actually had a proper PP day today.

Breakfast - Oatbran porridge
Lunch - 2 fried eggs with zero fat cooking spray
Supper - savoury mince and 2 gherkins

Liquid: LOADS of water, tea and coffee

can u believe I forgot to weigh this morning so I will update this tomorrow morning.

woo hoo I am back - hopefully to stay!!!!!!!!!!!
It has been nice to catch up on all my Dukan friends blogs - u r all amazing - I feel quite ashamed......................
